Steve's passion lies in transformative leadership roles that go beyond technical skills. He thrives on inspiring and influencing others to achieve exceptional performance and results. Steve has been also responsible for training and onboarding new recruiters, as well as coordinating marketing and technology functions within our organization, all while running a desk.
Recruiting has evolved so substantially during his tenure, yet Steve has adapted expertly to the changing landscape on both the candidate and client side of recruiting. Every time the industry became more technology driven, Steve continued to focus on what is most important: listening to the people involved and finding the right long-term fit. Technology helps, but this will always be about helping people.
